COACHING SESSION POLICY

This Coaching Session Policy applies to private coaching sessions purchased from Paula Forbes / The Digital Granny. By purchasing and booking a coaching session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

YOUR COACHING SESSION

Your purchase includes one 90-minute private business coaching session with Paula Forbes.

Your scheduled appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time and be prepared to make the most of our time together.

PAYMENT

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Your coaching session is not confirmed until payment has been successfully completed and your appointment has been scheduled.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

All coaching-session purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once your purchase has been completed, refunds will not be provided for any reason related to your cancellation, availability, change of mind, failure to attend, or decision not to use the coaching session.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after purchasing

  • Canceling your appointment

  • Missing your scheduled appointment

  • Failing to attend or being a no-show

  • Arriving late

  • Choosing to end your session early

  • Failing to attend a rescheduled appointment

  • Deciding you no longer need or want the coaching session

  • Failing to use your purchased coaching session

Your purchase reserves dedicated time on Paula's calendar and makes that appointment unavailable to other clients.

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, the only exception to this no-refund policy is if Paula is unable to provide the purchased coaching session at all, as explained below.

RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule your coaching session one time by providing at least 24 hours' notice before your originally scheduled appointment.

Once you use your one permitted reschedule, the new appointment date and time are final.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, the session and payment will be forfeited. No additional reschedule or refund will be provided.

CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS' NOTICE

If you cancel or request to change your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will forfeit the session and payment.

You will not be eligible to reschedule the appointment or receive a refund.

NO-SHOWS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not completed an eligible reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

The coaching session and payment will be forfeited. No refund, replacement session, or reschedule will be provided.

LATE ARRIVALS

If you arrive late, your session may still end at the originally scheduled ending time.

Additional time is not guaranteed. Arriving late does not qualify you for a refund, replacement session, or additional appointment.

IF PAULA NEEDS TO RESCHEDULE

If Paula needs to reschedule your appointment, you will be offered another available appointment.

A reschedule initiated by Paula does not count as your one permitted reschedule.

Rescheduling by Paula does not automatically qualify the purchase for a refund.

THE ONLY REFUND EXCEPTION

The only exception to this no-refund policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law, is if Paula is unable to provide your purchased coaching session at all.

If Paula is unable to fulfill the purchased coaching session and cannot provide the service, the amount you paid for that coaching session will be refunded to you.

SESSION RECORDING

Your coaching session may be recorded so that a recording can be provided to you after the session.

Any recording will be made only after disclosure to you and with any consent required by applicable law.

Recordings provided to you are for your personal use. They may not be sold, publicly distributed, uploaded, reproduced for commercial purposes, or otherwise made publicly available without written permission from Paula Forbes.

NATURE OF COACHING

Private business coaching provides education, guidance, feedback, and support based on the information you provide during your session.

Coaching does not guarantee any particular business, financial, sales, lead-generation, social-media, or other result.

You remain responsible for your own business decisions, actions, implementation, and results.
